I've been practicing clinical skincare for over 30 years. In that time, I've worked alongside hundreds of skincare lines from around the world — and I know what works and what doesn't.

I've always been passionate about creating treatment plans that correct, treat, nourish, and protect the skin. Pairing active ingredients to specific skin conditions has fascinated me for decades. So when I finally started formulating in 2019, it felt like a lightbulb moment — I thought, why didn't I do this sooner?

The Moment Everything Changed

My journey into formulation was deeply personal. I have Hashimoto's — an autoimmune disease of the thyroid — and I didn't want endocrine-disrupting substances on my skin, or on the skin of my family, friends, and clients. That health reality became the foundation of JM Pro: no parabens, no sulfates, no phthalates, no BHA/BHT. Only organic and natural ingredients from sources I know and trust.

From 2019 to 2026, I kept my formulations in-house — exclusively for my clinic clients and fellow aestheticians. The results were consistently impressive. Then the calls started coming in. A client from Florida. Another from New York. Groups from Southern California, Nevada, and Idaho. All asking the same thing: "Jenni, where is your website?"

My husband and kids said it too: "You have so much knowledge to share. It's time."

So here we are. This site is for every client and friend who believed in me and my work long before there was a website. And it's for anyone who finds their way here looking for skincare that actually works.

We are not random individuals who decided to jump into the skincare industry. Every member of our team is a clinical skincare professional with real, hands-on experience. We have a clinic in San Ramon, CA where we see clients daily. We are real people who love everything about skin.

Our Philosophy: Give the Skin What It Needs

The skin is our largest organ and our first line of defense against the world. It protects us from mechanical injury, pathogens, UV radiation, and environmental stressors. It thermoregulates us, produces Vitamin D, and houses the sensory and immune cells that keep us functioning. It is, quite simply, extraordinary. And it's thinner than a piece of paper.

The epidermis — our outermost layer — is a lipid and keratin barrier, a brick-and-mortar system that keeps water in and harmful elements out. To do its job, it needs:
